TL;DR: I used Artificial Intelligence to give instant feedback and to score each scenario in real-time. 

 

Description: A gamified competition for staff in customer service roles. This internal eLearning course equips employees with essential skills for providing exceptional customer service, tailored to the unique demands of the airline’s ground operations. The final score is recorded and the staff with the top 3 scores will receive a special prize. 

 

Methodology: Microlearning, experiential learning, scenario-based learning 

 

Development: Artificial Intelligence-generated video narration, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, JavaScript
